Let me be absolutely clear on this. It does not matter who you are or how you look you can improve your physical image.

So you want to have the looks of a model with the perfect skin and beach body? Well then here we go.

OK first you need to take a good look at your current lifestyle. Like what you eat, how active you are, those kinds of things. It is time for a change and by following these tips you will be well on your way to looking good.

First you have to start eating right. The most important thing is diet. You need to start very healthy. Start eating five or six small meals a day. Make sure you eat every two to three hours. That way you avoid hunger and avoid the temptation to overeat.

Start eating natural foods like eggs, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, chicken, turkey, peanut butter, fruits, and vegetables. With each meal you should have a source of protein, a source of carbs, and a source of healthy fats. A good example would be a peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread with a glass of low fat milk. The bread and banana are both good sources of carbs, the milk and peanut butter are great sources of protein, and the peanut butter is loaded with the healthy kinds of fats.

Avoid any processed foods like the kinds that comes out of boxes. Mac and cheese is a good example. Stop going to fast food joints. It is OK to have one or two cheat meals every week but if you want to look good then diet is the most important thing. Make sure you eat at least a serving of fruits or vegetables with each meal.

Also drink around eight glasses of water. More if it is hot outside so you avoid dehydration. Water is known as nature's gift that helps clean out your body of toxins.

Of course you should always get eight hours of sleep every night. Try to avoid taking naps in between because this will throw off your schedule. What I mean is if you take a nap then you won't feel tired when you should be going to sleep at your usual time.

Every day get no more than fifteen minutes of sunlight without any sun tan lotion. Your skin needs sunlight because of the vitamin D. Also you will get tanned which contributes to your overall good looks.

Get more active. Start getting out more and walking around. Go to the gym and start a workout routine. Generally you should start off slow if you have not been active in months. Just start doing basics like push ups, sit ups, and jump roping. There is no need to get obsessed with working out because good looking people tend to not be too muscular.

By following these tips you will be on your way to looking good and building a lot more self esteem and confidence. Just remember that you do not need any surgery or Botox or anything like that. The best way to get good looks is through natural ways. It may take a little effort and time but trust me you will not regret it one bit.
